About the Zoology Section

This small but active Section studies the relatively few mammals found in and around Jersey, on land, in the air - bats - and in the sea - whales and dolphins - as well as the island's amphibians and reptiles. A lot of the work is practical and directed towards conservation of endangered species. Anyone interested in finding out more about this very important part of Jersey's Natural History are very welcome to make contact through the Section's Chairman or Secretary.
